The dark changing color and oil from the remaining spicy are showing if the rendang is ready or not./Masak daging hingga air habis dan hanya tersisa pedasnya. Warna gelap yang berubah dan minyak dari sisa pedas menunjukkan apakah rendang sudah matang atau belum.
